What happens to what you send

Collected: your email address and message; your name and organization only if you give them. Also a hidden anti-spam field, which should stay empty.
Processed and stored by: Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), which hosts this site. Submissions are held in Netlify's dashboard and pass through Netlify's spam filtering.
Used for: replying to you. Not added to a mailing list, not shared or sold, not used as research data.
Kept for: 12 months from the date you send it, then deleted.
Deleted on request: email privacy@fieldtrace.one and your submission is removed.

These terms follow the Charter’s commitments on participation and consent and material and data.
